Marina Keating

Marina Keating is Head of Tax Services for Axiom Tax Strategies. As an IRS Enrolled Agent and an Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant, she leads the tax practice and works in close partnership with the Axiom Financial Advisors, ensuring each client's tax position is managed with professional oversight and is fully aligned with their long-term financial plan.

Marina's career began as a software developer, a path that eventually led her to senior executive roles leading global teams solving complex systems problems for some of the world's largest corporations. This work took her from her native Ireland to London and eventually to the US.

After years of focusing on a global scale, she decided to bring her experience to a more personal challenge: helping individuals and families find clarity in their own digital and financial complexities. Her clients now get the benefit of both worlds: the proven expertise in managing complexity and the dedicated focus of a personal advocate.

Marina has an enduring interest in how people, systems, and ideas evolve together, a theme reflected in one of her favorite books, The Invention of Nature by Andrea Wulf. She and her partner, Mark, enjoy exploring Central Oregon’s high-desert trails in all seasons, spending time with friends, and traveling back to Ireland frequently to see her family. Marina is also a dedicated community volunteer, working with VITA, Tax-Aide, and local conservation groups.
